Private Bookings

All bookings are considered firm and we require a $50 booking fee to hold your booking, an invoice for the remainder amount will be emailed at the completion of the course. We will contact you to confirm availability and payment options.

Pricing

All prices stated are in NZ$ and inclusive of 15% GST (Goods and Service Tax). We do not accept payment in any other currency. Your bank may apply charges for converting currency. These charges are applied by your bank, we accept no responsibility for these. We reserve the right to change our prices without notice.

Students

Students must provide student identification to be eligible for student discounts.

Responsibilities for Schools

  • Follow all instructions from Dunedin Adventures instructors, if you do not understand please do not hesitate to ask for clarification
  • Supply Dunedin Adventures with any relevant information regarding the participants e.g. students with special needs

Responsibilities for Private Clients

  • Follow all instructions from Dunedin Adventures instructors, if you do not understand please do not hesitate to ask for clarification
  • Every participant must complete a Dunedin Adventures participant information form
  • Every participant must understand and sign a Dunedin Adventures acknowledgement of risk agreement form

Transport

Dunedin Adventures does not provide transport and will arrange meeting times and places with clients prior to the session/s.

Cancellations

You may cancel you're booking up to 3 days in advance of your instruction by calling, however a $50 booking fee will be applied. Cancellations 4 or more days in advance can be made at no cost022-153-8879 or email. If your course is cancelled by Dunedin Adventures for any other reason, you will be offered an alternative day or you will be fully refunded. You cancel less than 3 days before your course or do not turn up you will be charged the full price of your course.
